Online Nature Club

Holdfast beach school (1)During social distancing, let’s get together and explore nature online!

Where: Our homes (via Zoom)

When: Fridays 10.30am to 11am

Join an online session to help us learn with and connect with the nature that is around us all. It will include a simple nature-based craft, a storytime and a chance to talk about things we might have seen when we’ve been out for our exercise or in our gardens. A chance to build a little nature learning community online.

The session will be facilitated by Rachel, a Level 3 Beach & Forest School Leader, Early Years Practitioner and certified Natural Mindfulness Guide (IMMA).

Our Nature Education practice is rooted in Companionship Learning, so the price is per household, not per child. Everyone in your household can join us, if they would like to.

The sessions will be delivered online via Zoom, a secure conference website and App used for distance learning & meetings. The sessions will be hosted by Rachel, who has an Enhanced DBS certificate and will follow a Safeguarding Risk Assessment.

You and your child(ren) can choose to be on camera too or if you prefer you do not need to be visible. During the session we can engage in a discussion, each family can talk or type a message on Zoom – however, nothing is compulsory. You are more than welcome to just sit and listen.

You will receive a Zoom link and more information before the session starts.

Spaces are limited and booking is essential.
